During a clearance inspection, we perform a detailed visual assessment of the remediated zone for physical signs of remaining mold growth or inadequate containment, followed by air and surface sampling. Results are compared against outdoor control samples and project-baseline readings to determine whether spore counts have returned to acceptable levels.
